That's Amore

That's Amore by Kate Burgess is a satire and multifaceted dance theatre performance
combined with 5 short films.

 

This work is produced by Alchemy Dance Collective and performed by 6 local female dancers.

 

Come on a journey within the Adelaide hospitality
scene, through a visual diary inside a day in the life of a female bartender.

I Wish I Was Mick Jagger

Born in the same town, went to the same school, but Mick did a whole lot better.

 

Alan goes
back to Dartford to sort out the family property on the night of Jagger’s 80th.

 

Sat in his dad's old armchair he wonders if he did enough with his own life and sets out on a week of
sex, drugs and rock & roll ... well, he tries anyhow.

Bossa De Novo

Bossa Again! Soak up the seductive sounds of Rio in the Sixties.

 

Shelley Dunstone and her
friend Enéias Raasch, visiting (again) from Brazil will perform classic Bossa Nova and Brazilian popular music, plus original songs by Enéias (with lyrics in English by Shelley).

devastating consequences of the dramas of his formative years, and, unexpectedly, his
cutting sense of humour.

Wild acrylic florals talk and walk onto community walls, detailed autobiographical illustrations run barefoot alongside video streams of performance art
that leaps from the screens.

Direct from solo development at Hot Sauce Burlesque, 16 budding burlesque stars will grace the
stage in an array of feathers, sparkles and sass.

 

A mix of traditional/neo/comedy burlesque
and cabaret, this is a midweek treat not to miss.

Hot Hollywood Nights

Dazzling leading ladies, vintage vixens, seedy club owners, beach lovers and all those that
chase the spotlight!

 

Hot Sauce Burlesque School invites you to celebrate all that is LA, on this trip down the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

 

For cinephiles and sinners alike, this show
boast acts and routines constructed and coordinated by Adelaide's best in the biz.

Much A Do About Nothing

Presented by an energetic group of talented young actors, this spin on William Shakespeare's well-loved comedy Much Ado About Nothing takes on an early 00's flavour, with costumes and a soundtrack to suit!

 

Riddled with comedic miscommunication and fun
for audiences of all sorts, this play shows that perhaps "friendship is constant in all things."

A Dreame

Harriet falls into her bedtime story world of A Midsummer Night's Dream and confronts her
hopes and fears in the stormy chaos of the woods.

 

Will the boy she likes like her, will her
best friend betray her, will she become the singer she dreams of being and what's with the
crazy weather?

 

Shakespeare meets Madonna (via Blackpink). 8-14 year olds.

Someday We'll Find It

With a script generated via Google searches, it is like a trashy, lo-fi modern Beckett.
