Looking back at Comeback 2022!

Earlier this year in August, we presented another successful COMEBACK season designed to support local emerging and professional artists to develop, refine and remount their work!

It ignites such an excitement and buzz into our theatre and we're so proud to be able to support such a diverse range of incredible artists to our local audiences.

The response this year was yet again overwhemlingly positive, generating a range of amazing reviews from both performers and critics!

“Famous Last Words have had a tremendous time presenting Home Thoughts as part of the COMEBACK season. Often Fringe can feel like a premature end for a still-

developing piece of work, but the chance to revisit the play and present it with fresh eyes in front of a different audience gave us the opportunity to refine our practice and work. With sold-out houses and positive feedback, we're incredibly happy with how Home Thoughts performed. Everyone at Goodwood was so helpful and welcoming, and we're definitely looking forward to presenting more work there in the future!”

Nobes is an acting graduate from Adelaide College of the Arts and has already added

some notable creative work to her CV. It is exciting to be at the premiere of new work

by talented younger artists who you are fairly certain will make some waves during a

long career”
